Welcome to the infamous Kit Kat Klub - where in the height of the dark, sexually charged decadence of Weimar Berlin, star performer Sally Bowles falls in love with young American author Cliff Bradshaw. However, as life in pre-war Germany grows increasingly uncertain, will the anarchic, defiant Berlin nightlife be enough to get them through such treacherous times?

The award-winning creative team behind the critically-acclaimed London revival of ‘Sweeney Todd’ present a new amateur production of Kander and Ebb’s hit Broadway musical  -  just for Aberdeen!

Featuring a cast of experienced performers and local talent, dazzling costumes, show-stopping choreography and iconic songs such as ‘Cabaret' and ‘Willkommen’, this extraordinary theatrical event will bring to life the steamy, seedy world of Cabaret.

This is a joint venture between Castlegate Arts Ltd & David Adkin Ltd, bringing together cast & creative teams from London and the brightest local talent from Aberdeen, and features a redesigned auditorium, bringing the audience right into the action in this unique theatrical experience for a limited run not to be missed!

A Play, a Pie and a Pint: 'Auntie Agatha Comes To Tea' George Milne @ The Lemon Tree

Damien and Martin are brothers who do not see very much of their elderly Aunt Agatha. But the business is in difficulties. Agatha has wisdom, experience, and money. It’s the money that they want to focus on. Expecting to inherit her cash, and not too enthusiastic about the wait, it is decided the time is right to invite her round for a “ fly cup.” They have also bought some poison. At the visit, revelations unfold, attitudes change, consciences rise and sink, and refreshments are served. Nothing will be the same after Auntie Agatha comes to tea.
