Chris Packham celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Aberdeen and District RSPB Local Group with his talk "Tadpoles Not Included".

The evening contains encounters with large hungry carnivores, close shaves with extinction, dangerous views about conservation, and he will expose the truth about our wildlife. Illustrated with his superb photographs and exaggerated with film clips. Chris Packham presents an evening of zoological riches, humorous anecdotes and thought provoking questions about the creatures we say we love – and some we don’t. It's big cats versus birds of prey versus insects versus humans and Chris tells it as it is.

There’s ecology, animal behavior, the facts and figures, but it's not a lecture, it's for anyone of all ages who likes wildlife and there are plenty of beautiful photographs but guaranteed no boring technical stuff. As ever there will be always plenty of time for questions at the end but what Chris really wants to know is why we have Facebook, Twitter, 3D, HD, PlayStation and X-Box but ‘tadpoles are not included’...
