When in Roam
Orphaned Limbs Collective
When in Roam is a new work by Orphaned Limbs Collective which interweaves movement, aerial dance, physical theatre, original musical composition and video projection to relate stories of relocation and the impact of living as a roaming being.
The project presents how the performers face social challenges with humour and resilience, presenting cultural discoveries, while co-creating stories with the audience’s own notions of home.
Orphaned Limbs Collective is a Scotland-based interdisciplinary artist group founded by choreographer Thania Acarón, and Aberdonian composer Ross Whyte.
At this venue we advise wearing warm clothing to this event and bringing a rug or blanket.
Presented in partnership with sound festival.
