Skies fell is a four piece, progressive, post-rock band from the west of Scotland. They've been holed up in their remote studio working on a début album for the last year and are now ready to burst onto the scene with their exceptional new material. They play sensitive dynamic rhythms under thoughtful guitar, hook laden vocals, melancholic piano and epic crescendo.

‘…makes me feel like I’ve been missing out on something.’ Jim Gellatly

‘… Scottish post-rock outfit Skies Fell shows some serious promise. … this is pretty much as good as it gets.’

“Track of the year, Contest” Favourite Son

“Skies Fell’s Glasgow debut had been simply stunning, leaving us all spellbound and longing for their next” Ark Mag

“Catchy choruses, wooly jumpers and the tightest live show around. What is there not to like about The Winter Tradition?” Keith Creighton, Popdose

The Winter Tradition
Edinburgh based The Winter Tradition began making music when they first met at school. Now in their mid-twenties, the band are “firing on all cylinders and you can’t shake the feeling that their time is now.” Scots Whay Hae! Blog

With previous opening slots for Enter Shikari, The Xcerts, Hundred Reasons, Nine Black Alps and The Boxer Rebellion; as well as sold out headline shows across the UK under their belt, 2015 promises to be the best year to date for the band.
