Blues Rock Aberdeen presents
Following the overwhelming success of Devon Allman’s gig at The Tunnels last month, Blues Rock Aberdeen now bring Laurence Jones back to the Granite City.
His show at The Tunnels last June was one of the highlights of the year and his return is most eagerly awaited. He first played Aberdeen 4 months previous to that supporting King King (Alan Nimmo) at The Lemon Tree. Having been voted Young Artist of the Year in 2014 in The British Blues Awards, he kept that title again in 2015.
He has released 3 albums to date and his forthcoming album has been produced by the legendary Mike Vernon. Laurence’s influences include Rory Gallagher, Gary Moore and Walter Trout.
Support is from the excellent Black Circles from Warrington who have just released their debut album “Undone”. They have been described as one of the most exciting prospects on the British blues scene today.
