 Join biographer Charlotte Peacock in conversation with Alison Lumsden to explore the life and writing of Nan Shepherd, recently featured on the Scottish five pound note and a brilliant novelist, poet and nature writer. And also one of the first women to graduate from the University of Aberdeen. Charlotte Peacock’s ‘Into the Mountain: A Biography of Nan Shepherd’, which The Scotsman described as ‘an admirable work’ and ‘a necessary book’, was published in November 2017.
