Join award-winning writer Helen McClory, whose new novel Flesh of the Peach, set in New Mexico, New York and Cornwall, charts a young woman’s ‘journey into and out of grief and rage via sex and violence’. Also Sophie Collins, an exciting contemporary poet will talk about her book small white monkeys, a text on self-expression, self-help and shame, was published by Book Works in 2017 as part of a commissioned residency at Glasgow Women’s Library. Who Is Mary Sue? (Faber & Faber), published in February 2018, is her first poetry collection. She is an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing at Durham University
