The Work Room presents Pioneers of Performance: Chalk About (Curious Seed)
A day of quality dance for all ages, curated by the Work Room, a dance development company from Glasgow. 50 mins | Age guide: 8+
Chalk About is a playful, funny and sometimes moving look at how we see ourselves and others, featuring dance, chalk, chat and one perfect scene containing everything you could wish for.
Join Christine and Niels on their journey as they ask some BIG questions about identity and the meaning of life. What makes us who we are? Is it where we are from? Or how we talk? Or is it about the way we dance?
Followed by a fun workshop, using writing, drawing and movement to look at themes such as individuality, assumptions and stereotypes. (Booking required)
