Following an extremely successful collaboration in 2013, The Edinburgh Choreographic Project presents an evening of modern dance devised specifically for you by the Legendary International Choreographer Royston Maldoom.   This evening is inspired by the wonderful music of Fitkin, Turkish Poetry, Relationships and James MacMillan.

"The Confessions of Isobel Gowdie" music by James MacMillan CBE

Isobel Gowdie was the last woman to stand trial as a witch in Scotland in 1662.  'Confessions of Isobel Gowdie’ is by the famous Glaswegian composer James MacMillan.  This work is about the witch hunt that happens even today.

"Hook" music Graham Fitkin

Hook is a very energetic light hearted work set to the music of Graham Fitkin.

"Black Earth" music Fazil Say

"Black Earth is homage to all Muslims who have shown great kindness to me on my travels around the world - not only in Turkey where I have spent many happy times, but in Bosnia, Palestine and other lands"

"Adagietto No.5" music Gustav Mahler

Following the success of Edinburgh Choreographic Projects production of Adagietto, its back by popular demand.  Adagietto is a beautiful dance.
