Following an extremely successful collaboration in 2013, The Edinburgh Choreographic Project presents an evening of modern dance devised specifically for you by the Legendary International Choreographer Royston Maldoom. This evening is inspired by the wonderful music of Fitkin, Turkish Poetry, Relationships and James MacMillan.
"The Confessions of Isobel Gowdie" music by James MacMillan CBE
Isobel Gowdie was the last woman to stand trial as a witch in Scotland in 1662. 'Confessions of Isobel Gowdie’ is by the famous Glaswegian composer James MacMillan. This work is about the witch hunt that happens even today.
"Hook" music Graham Fitkin
Hook is a very energetic light hearted work set to the music of Graham Fitkin.
