Tickets will be available at the venue but are subject to availability.

Join Craig Wilson, of Eat on the Green Restaurant, and nutrition scientist Professor Garry Duthie from the Rowett Institute for an interactive cooking demonstration.  While the Kilted Chef prepares traditional Scottish fare with a difference, the audience can quiz our nutrition expert about the food on the menu.
