Evening Express

"Elaine's star turn adds new life to fairytale"
Press & Journal

"Cinderella enchants audiences with fun-filled family panto" STV Aberdeen City

*Relaxed performance

Aberdeen Performing Arts and Qdos Entertainment have worked together to produce a ‘relaxed’ version of the panto on Friday, January 3, at 1pm, subduing the more extreme elements of the show such as pyrotechnics, loud noises, and strobe lighting.

Relaxed performances are specifically designed for people with an autistic spectrum condition, learning disability or sensory and communication disorders.

They have a less formal, more supportive atmosphere in order to reduce anxiety levels, and there is a very relaxed attitude to noise and movement, with changes to the sound levels and lighting effects.

If you have already purchased tickets for Cinderella and think the relaxed performance would be more appropriate for your party we will happily exchange your tickets. Please contact the box office on 01224 641122 to discuss seating options. Tickets £9+bf

Please note this show cannot be booked online. Book your tickets by phone at 01224 641122 and in person at Aberdeen Box Office at the Music Hall and His Majesty’s Theatre

Just like last year, this was fab. I laughed so hard at times it hurt. The way they got people to flashback to last year (the use of the word 'Ken' will be understood by those who were there last year) and a look at some of costumes to come next year (candle stick for 1) was good. I just wish they would video these panto's and sell the DVD to raise money for local charities, that way I could watch it again to catch the jokes I missed due to laughing at the last joke :-). The wife and me now go to the panto as a great way of finishing off the Christmas season, roll on next year.

Absolutely brilliant. I havent laughed so much in a long time. I would recommend it to anyone. Even when they had a slight mistake mid show it was still hilarious and they just carried on and got on with it. Thumbs up. I would love to go back and see this again!! Thanks for a fab evening!!
