The Bartender’s Guide to Preservation
Adrian Gomes of local drinksmith’s 10 Dollar Shake takes you through some of the key natural methods of preserving ingredients and drinks, including curing, fermenting and pickling a range of everyday foods. Each drink will be paired with a similarly-preserved ingredient served as a canape.
