Karl Revel, a ghillie on the Invery/Tilquhillie beats of the Dee in Banchory will give a bankside talk on ‘fishing’, a hobby said to be the UK’s biggest participation sport. Fishing or angling can involve much more than simply trying to catch a fish and includes such skills as Fly tying and fly casting. Also involved is the study of natural history which contains the active promotion of animal welfare and conservation relative to our rivers, lochs and man-made ponds. Places for this event are limited to 20, under 13's must be accompanied by an adult
