The Flying Pigs: A Bit of Crackling

A charity which helps vulnerable families with young children in Aberdeen gets unexpected cash boost – with a side order of belly laughs – from the city’s own laughter merchants The Flying Pigs.

The comedy troupe will stage an exclusive one-night only 'Best of the Pigs' performance at His Majesty’s Theatre, made up of favourite material from past shows – called A Bit of Cracklingin aid of Home Start Aberdeen, whose volunteers give practical and emotional support to local vulnerable and isolated families in their own homes. As it is likely to be the only chance to catch The Flying Pigs in full flight at HMT this year.

The Flying Pigs – Moray Barber, Elaine Clark, Greg Gordon, Susan Gordon, John Hardie, Craig Pike and Steve Rance - first met at Aberdeen Student Show in 1997.
