Auditions are being held on Friday for the leading role in an internationally-acclaimed musical on a UK tour, which will be coming to His Majesty’s Theatre in Aberdeen next spring.
The hunt is one for someone to play Frankie Valli in the stage sensation, Jersey Boys which has won 55 major awards worldwide, including Olivier Award for Best New Musical, and tells the true story of Frankie and the Four Seasons.
Auditions for the show – which will be at HMT from March 3 to 14 next year – Will be held this Friday (March 28) at Danceworks, 16 Balderton Street, London and those wishing to audition must register at 10am on the day and be prepared to stay all day.
They are looking for someone with a playing aged of mid-20s – early 30s and who must be 5’9”or shorter with a strong tenor voice (tenor to high A or Bb plus strong falsetto up to treble G) with sweet and strong falsetto in the style of Frankie Valli.
The Jersey Boys company are looking for a charismatic, charming and strong actor, comfortable with narrative text and with a gritty side as well as a polished veneer.
