We strive to deliver excellent service in every area of our business, customer service staff will endeavour to deal with any service issues at the time. Our commitment to customers requesting responses via our praise or problem scheme is that we will respond within 5 days, or will acknowledge within 3 days and give a full response within 14 days. – We are currently achieving this standard with 95% of issues raised.
Our standard for customers attending our venues is to achieve ratings of 100% at “Very Good” or “Excellent” for overall customer service. We are currently achieving 84% of customers rating us in these categories, but are constantly aiming to improve this by addressing issues raised by customers.
