WICKED, the West End and Broadway musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, has won the This Morning Audience Award. Presented by the Olivier Awards 2015 with Mastercard at The Royal Opera House on Sunday 12 April 2015, the This Morning Audience Award is the only Olivier Award that is voted for by the public. Wicked previously won the Olivier Audience Award in 2010.
The critically acclaimed, two-year, multi record-breaking UK & Ireland Tour of Wicked will fly into His Majesty’s Theatre in Aberdeen in just 3 weeks (from 5-30 May 2015) for its final Scottish date. Around the world, Wicked has been seen by 47 million people in 13 countries and won over 100 international awards. The original Broadway production remains “Broadway’s biggest blockbuster” (The New York Times) after almost 12 years at the Gershwin Theatre.

Wicked is based on the novel ‘Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West’ by Gregory Maguire.
