In spring 2016 the £7 million Music Hall Transformation begins
Aberdeen’s category 'A' listed Aberdeen Music Hall is a national treasure, one of Scotland's oldest and most historic concert halls. It’s been at the heart of cultural, civic and community life in the city for nearly two centuries.
It’s about to undergo a £7 million transformation to ensure that it will continue to enthrall and inspire audiences, artists, communities and visitors for many more years to come. We believe in the power of the arts to change lives and unlock potential. We’ve seen it!
Thank you to all our friends, loyal audiences and partners who, like us, care passionately about the Music Hall and have supported our fundraising campaign to date. With £5 million confirmed we’re nearly there! We expect to be on site in spring 2016 with plans to re-open our beautifully restored and renovated hall in winter 2018.
