Freedom of Information

Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (“the Act”) enables any person to obtain information from Scottish public authorities.

Aberdeen Performing Arts has adopted the Scottish Information Commissioner’s Single Model Publication Scheme.

In adopting the Single Model Publication Scheme, Aberdeen Performing Arts has produced a Guide to Information which:

  • Allows you to see what is available (and what is not available) in relation to each class of information
  • States what charges may be applied
  • Explains how to find the information easily
  • Provides contact details for enquiries and to get help with accessing the information
  • Explains how to request information which has not been published

You can contact us on 01224 641122 to ask for a copy of the document to be posted to you.
