Q. How do I set my account up for Auto-Renewal?
A. If you haven’t ticked the box when you originally signed up, you can contact the Box Office and they can sort that for you. Call them on 01224 641122 or email hello@aberdeenperformingarts.com – they will just need your name and the email address that you registered with for your membership.
Q. Do Friends receive a discount at the Music Hall’s Coda Café and the Terrace at HMT?
A. Yes, just show your membership card to receive 10% off food and non-alcoholic drinks. Please note, this discount does not apply at pop up food and beverage locations, and can only be used at the Terrace, Dress Circle and Stalls Bars at HMT, at Coda Cafe in the Music Hall and at the Lemon Tree Bar. Again, this discount can only be used on food and non-alcoholic drinks.
Q. I’m over 60, would a Friends Membership still benefit me with the concession prices offered on tickets?
A. Yes, there are a number of other discounts that come with Friends memberships that aren’t included in over 60s concessions, for example some performances offer 2 for 1 tickets on opening nights, and some offer larger discounts to Friends than to concessions. When you’re logged in to your account and you select the over 60s concession, if the Friends discount is better for that performance, it will automatically select the greater discount in your Basket.
