MARMEN QUARTET
Formed in 2013 at the Royal College of Music in London, the Marmen Quartet is fast building a reputation for the courage, vitality and vigour of its performances. They have won prizes and engagements internationally and made their BBC Proms debut in August 2021.
Johannes Marmén and Ricky Gore (violins), Bryony Gibson-Cornish (viola) and Sinead O’Halloran (cello) perform in Aberdeen during their tour of Scotland. In a one-hour concert, they programme string quartets by Haydn and Brahms.
