Breakfast is often promoted as the most important meal of the day and advocated to kick start the metabolism and fuel the brain and body for the day. However the media often cultivates common fallacies and misconceptions and the scientific basis for such concepts are often lost. Doctor Leonie Ruddick-Collins will address some of the truths and fallacies about breakfast consumption and its impact on metabolism and health.
