The Lemon Tree
Music, APA Engage, Spoken Word
A three day workshop event for young musicians with an interest in forming bands and working in the music industry. Led by accomplished tutor, Graeme Smillie, participants will learn about writing songs, setting up gigs and performances, and get a general overview of working in the music industry. The workshops will involve a practical element, so participants will be expected to be able to play at least one instrument, or sing, confidently. Participants should also bring their own instruments, as well as any other equipment that may be required. The workshops will conclude with a sharing at 3pm on the final day, which friends and family members are invited to attend.
Thursday 20th September (6pm-9pm)
Friday 21st September (6pm-9pm)
