Monday 1 January 0001 - Thursday 24 January 2019
The Music Hall Community Choir welcomes anyone aged 16+, no previous experience required. Rehearsals are fun and relaxed, with plenty of time to meet new people and learn about different types of music. The choir sings a mixed repertoire inspired by the Aberdeen Performing Arts’ programme, from pop to classical with everything in between!
Formed in September 2017, the choir have already performed in public on a number of occasions including two concerts in the Lemon Tree, festive carol singing in Aberdeen’s Bon Accord centre and most recently as part of the Music Hall re-opening Stepping In Celebrations where they took to the stage with Travis frontman, Fran Healy.
Music Hall Transformation
We are currently undertaking the largest and most ambitious project in the history of the venue. The Music Hall Transformation will breathe new life into the building and ensure it is the heartbeat of culture in the North-east of Scotland. There are so many ways that you can show your support to the Music Hall Transformation, and help secure its place at the heart of city life for generations. Please click here to donate and help us reach our goal and be part of the excitement.
