Cancelled: #LTB22 Closing Event: Under 18s Club Night

It’s time to put our hands in the air, stand up and be counted and bring Light The Blue to a roaring close! DJ Evan Duthie is in the mix, helping us celebrate the closing of #LTB22 with a specially created club night for young people.  

For those aged 18 and under. 

At only 21 years old, Scottish DJ and Producer Evan Duthie has already achieved some major milestones in the industry. After being picked up for heavy support by Annie Mac at a young age, the dance world and Radio 1 continued to back Evan with support from the likes of Pete Tong, MK, Jaguar, Green Velvet and Hannah Wants to name just a few.

Born in Aberdeen, Evan had an ear for music from a young age with his first show at just 14. Since then, Evan has played some of the biggest festivals and venues in Europe including Ibiza Rocks, Oval Space, O2 Academy Glasgow, Belladrum, Field Day and many more. As well as supporting the likes of Annie Mac and MK on tour, Evan started his own night ‘eclectic’ supporting local talent while also bringing in house heavyweights like Melé to his hometown.

Evan’s production skills have caught ears across the dance world with Hannah Wants (our etiquette), Wave & Odyssey (Street Tracks) and Kevin McKay (Glasgow Underground) quickly signing up releases with all receiving Radio 1 support and smashing the Beatport charts.

Famous for an ability to play to a crowd and use his production skills to his advantage, his DJ sets never disappoint and alongside his humble attitude and dedication to the project, the future is surely bright for this exciting young DJ and producer.
