Blues Rock Aberdeen bring back the hugely talented CHANTEL MCGREGOR to the Granite City following her triumphant concert at a packed Café Drummond in 2017. She first packed up a guitar aged 3 and was playing in local bands aged 12, influenced by her parents love of music, especially Free, Led Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac. She then attended Leeds College of Music and achieved numerous awards. In the last 6 years Chantel has won various British Blues Awards, including :
ŸYoung artist of the year
ŸBest female vocalist
ŸGuitarist of the year
Chantel released her debut album “Like No Other” on her own independent record label in 2011. Her 2nd album ‘Lose Control’ was released in 2015 and saw Chantel record songs with a contemporary rock sound whilst embracing her love of the blues. Unreleased songs are being showcased on the current 2018 tour.
