Car parking for disabled people is located
- West North Street car park
- Shoe Lane
Level access is available via Shoe Lane by ringing the doorbell
The Main Entrance
The entrance is on West North Street with a small number of steps at the front door.
A ramp is available from street level at our side entrance on Shoe Lane. Ring the bell on the door to alert staff to allow access.
The lounge is on the ground floor with level access to the first level.
The middle tier and top tier can be accessed by a small number of steps or ramp.
Lift access to the Studio Theatre is on the first floor.
Wheelchair Users and Bookers
Wheelchair spaces and designated transfer seats
Please advise our box office when you book if you are attending in a wheelchair and our friendly Front of House team will assist with seating on arrival.
All performances are sold as standing or seated and set up will vary depending on the event. For standing shows we have some seating available on the back tier. If you have booked for a standing performance and require a seat, please let our team know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Walking sticks, crutches and walking aids can be taken into our performance spaces. Any equipment that will not fit safely under the seats will be stored by staff during the performance and brought to you at the end.
The seats at the Lemon Tree have no armrest and offer customers around 30-40cms legroom.
The spec of the seats state they can hold around 250lbs and are approximately 45cms wide by 30cms high.
They are laid out in theatre style rows with a central aisle next to the bar all the way through to the back of the venue.
The Lemon Tree Lounge has three tiers, each accessible with a short set of stairs or a ramp.
