Rise Up! Festival is a celebration of some of the many diverse voices and visions that shape Aberdeen and Scotland’s Black and PoC creative communities. Join us at the Music Hall and Lemon Tree for three days of art, music, and dialogue that challenge, inspire, and unite. Curated by We Are Here Scotland in partnership with Aberdeen Performing Arts.

Ravideep Kaur

Ravideep Kaur is a coach, consultant, teacher and community intellect committed to the disruption and deconstruction of systems of oppression.

She specialises in the somatic embodiment of decolonial healing & pro-liberatory education and advocates for each and every one of us to own and represent the wholeness of who we really are.

Her passion for this work stems from her awareness and capacity to see things through multiple lenses at the same time.

She is dedicated to leaning into her own ancestral history and wisdom, reclaiming and empowering others to do the same.

She is humbled both by the beauty of this world and the concept of being a lifelong learner.

In person, she is you, a fellow traveller on a spiritual path of discovery and healing.
